The moulds can be made on mesure after the ideas of the customer and drawn in our developping department. They can also be manufactered by drawings the customer gives us. The finished moulds can be test-injected with the customers' material.

Imda wants to be a mouldmaker with an added value that is higher than what the new low wage countries in Eastern Europe have to offer. This by using cheaper but especially better, faster and more precise production methods.
Our machinery reflects this approach: we apply fastmilling techniques on Matsura- and Mazakmachines. Recently we bought a CNC Mazak Variax 630 - 5 axis machine. New Ingersollmachines, with a changesystem Hirschman with 24 electrodes in the warehouse, are used for sparkmilling.
Precision grinding is done on Okamotomachines. Mouldparts are threadsparked on a Charmilles. Our newest machine is a laserwelder.
To serve our customers even better, we use a CMM Brown & Sharpe, Mistral in a climate-controlled environment.
